Delivery options

In general, we use USPS services with tracking information attached. No expedited services
are available. You will receive an email with your mailing/shipping information once your order has been entered into our system. The tracking information will detail the date of shipment and tracking number.


Estimated arrival


Our usual delivery time is between 2-4 days but depends on your geographic location.
We only ship Monday thru Friday. Any order received before 2pm EST, Monday
thru Friday, will be shipped that same day. Any orders received after 2pm (EST) will be
shipped the following business day. There will be no shipments on holidays or weekends.


Shipping cost

Shipping costs are clearly stated on each product page, on our website. There is no option
for free shipping or discounted shipping, nor any shipping discount for bulk buying orders.


Destination

Shipping is only available within the continental USA. There are no exceptions to this policy under any circumstances. E-commerce shipping terms are the same whether the
shipment is to a street address or PO box. We will ship to whatever address that the
customer gives to us as long as it is validated within the USPS system.

E-commerce orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive an email with your
mailing/shipping information once your order has been processed. The
tracking information will detail the date of shipment and tracking number.

Returns policy


At Banixx, we stand behind our products and are proud to offer a 100% customer
satisfaction guarantee. If you or your pet is dissatisfied with a Banixx product, you can
return the product and the original receipt for a replacement or full refund. To initiate the
process, please read on:

  1. Reach out to us directly. The quickest way to reach us is through our email

we look forward to helping you.

For exchanges, we will provide a return shipping label to you via email. Attach the return
shipping label to your package and ship the product back to us, along with a copy of your
original receipt. These return shipping labels are only valid for 30 days.
  3. For refunds, you may return the product to us, along with the original receipt, for a full
refund. We provide a return shipping label via email that is viable for 30 days. If you do
not have the receipt, we will be happy to ship a replacement product.

Unexpected delays

We will communicate with you, at your given email address, regarding any anticipated delivery exceptions such as a returned package. If we become aware of any other delays beyond our immediate control that may result in your shipment being delayed, such as inclement weather, we will do our best to promptly inform you through your given email address as well.
